How to open the fuel door stuck on the Toyota Avalon?

Model: Toyota Avalon Xx30 - Years 2005-2012

In the Toyota Avalon, it may happen that the fuel door gets stuck, for example due to a malfunction in the control button or lock actuator. In these cases, it is still possible to perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, we open the trunk door, then we remove the cover of the left wall of the compartment. We then locate the white end of the actuator and pull it towards us, in order to unlock the lock. At this point, we can either refuel or repair the faulty element.
