In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the battery in the Triumph Speed 400, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, let's ensure that the key is not inserted, so we can operate safely.

Then, we remove the seat by unlocking the corresponding lock. Next, we unscrew the bolts of the two power terminals with a cross-head screwdriver, disconnecting them starting with the negative terminal, and detach the securing strap.

At this point, all that’s left is to remove the old battery from its compartment, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
