Keep the radio and the car's instrument panel powered on, open the CD slot as much as possible, and insert some common pliers inside. To avoid damaging the CD, wrap the tips of the pliers with masking tape or rubber bands and masking tape. Pull the CD outwards. Once the CD is removed, restart the instrument panel and radio before proceeding with the new insertion.
