The first thing to do is turn off the vehicle and the stereo. Next, take a plastic card, such as a loyalty card, and stick some double-sided tape onto it. Insert the card with the tape into the CD slot and pull it out while shaking it up and down. This way, the CD will stick to the card, allowing you to remove it.
