How to Build a Fuse Panel for Any Car

Building a fuse and relay panel is much simpler than we think; you need basic equipment: a fuse holder strip, relays, connectors and wires, a heat gun, a soldering iron, labels, and a mounting panel. First, plan the layout of the panel and follow some practical tips to optimise space and define the current project of the panel, positioning fuses and relays neatly; mark the positions and secure the fuse holder strip to the panel, then position and secure the relays next to the strip. It is essential to prepare the main power cable connecting the relays; meanwhile, heat the heat gun for the next phase of heat-shrinking the tubes, then extend the wires of the relays by soldering the joints to ensure electrical continuity and finish the power cable routing for the relays. Now apply identifying labels and connect each relay to the corresponding fuse. Use the heat gun to warm the connectors, preheat the wires, and then shrink the heat-shrink tubing. Complete the connections with heat-shrink insulation. Obviously, you should describe the electrical flow and how fuses and relays interact to protect the circuits, and leave a reference to remember how the panel was made in the future.
