Removing the Handbrake Cover

Want to remove the damaged handbrake cover? Here’s how to take off the cover of the manual lever. Remove the lower cover of the handbrake lever (use a plastic lever or screwdriver). Pull down the rubber cover and detach the upper plastic cover. Slide off the trim around the handbrake lever (remove the button). Fit the new plastics around the handbrake lever: secure the button along with the trim plastics. Test the operation of the handbrake lever and the release button.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
