How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Warning Light

Model: (Various brands) Various
Part:

The low pressure warning light (horseshoe symbol with an exclamation mark) illuminates when one or more tyres are under-inflated. The main causes are as follows: 1) Actually low pressure: tyres naturally lose air (1-2 psi per month); even the spare wheel, if monitored, can keep the light on. 2) Faulty TPMS sensor: if damaged or worn, it may signal a problem even with correct pressure. 3) Sensor not reset after inflation: some cars require a manual reset via button, menu, or specific sequence. 4) Temperature fluctuations: in cold weather, pressure drops and may fall below the recommended level. 5) Slow leak: puncture from a nail, damaged valve, or compromised bead can cause gradual drops. 6) TPMS malfunction: faults in wiring, control module, or software can keep the light on. The solution therefore depends on the cause: inflate, reset, repair, or replace the sensor.

How to Repair the Key Spring of the Peugeot 207?

Over time, frequent use of the key's flip mechanism in the vehicle, dozens of times a day, inevitably leads to wear of the internal spring. As shown in this video, replacing the spring is quite simple and takes little time. After opening the casing halfway, first position the key, then the spring housing, and finally insert the spring into the previously mentioned housing. Close the casing by rotating it clockwise, ensuring all components fit perfectly, and test the key's flip mechanism.
