While it is recommended to replace the timing belt after 93,000 miles or after six years of use, the chain has a much longer lifespan and there is no mileage limit for its use. However, it is advisable to regularly check its wear, especially after 124,000 miles, when the first and smallest signs of wear may appear. Always ask your mechanic to check it during each annual service.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
