The correct tire pressure for vintage Volkswagen Beetles

In this video, the YouTuber, an expert on vintage Volkswagen Beetles, gives us a very sensible advice regarding the correct tire pressure to give to the tires we mount on our beloved vintage car. The new tires that we can purchase for our car can be comfortably sized 165 R15 but they will be inflated to 32/35 PSI (which is 2.20/2.40 bar). This pressure is excessive for our Beetle, as it is an extremely light car. In fact, if we consult the manual from that era, it recommended 17 PSI for the front tires (1.17 bar) and 23 PSI for the rear tires (1.58 bar). Therefore, the YouTuber recommends 20 PSI in the front (1.40 bar) and 25 in the rear (1.80 bar).
