You can remove the rear seat of the Volkswagen Passat CC by loosening the screws that secure it to its housing: these screws are located right in front of the seat, at the bottom on both sides. Once these screws are loosened, you can proceed to detach the seat from the hooks at the backrest, allowing you to remove it completely.

At this point, you can insert the new seat so that it hooks onto the backrests; then secure it with the screws at the front.
