Replacing Cabin Air Filter

Model: Volkswagen Tiguan 5N, MK 1 - Years 2007-2016

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just below the glove compartment. First, remove the plastic cover by unscrewing the plastic screws, then pull back the cap to slide it off and extract the old filter, ensuring all dirt residues are removed. Insert the new filter, respecting the direction of the airflow, and reposition the cover and protection. After replacing the cabin air filter, it is recommended to also sanitise the cabin using a suitable antibacterial spray to eliminate bad odours.
