Replacement of External Wing Mirror Glass

Model: Volkswagen Eos MK 1 - Years 2006-2015

If the glass of the external wing mirror breaks, you can easily and quite economically remedy this by purchasing a new mirror, even from the aftermarket; it is fixed to the support that allows adjustment through snap tabs: simply lever at the back to release it, then pull it away and disconnect the heating system wires; bring the new mirror close, connect the heating system wires (there is no preferred order as it is just powering a resistor) and align the fixing tabs before pressing and snapping it into place.
