This video shows how to restore the Volkswagen Golf VIII infotainment system to factory settings: go to "user" and from there select "setup". In this menu, you will find an option that says "delete active users". Click on this option. Now it will ask if you want to delete only your profile or also all the changes you have made. Let's say we want to delete everything. Go back to your profile and delete all other active users, for which it asks the same. Now, we only have the guest user. To restore everything to original conditions, go to setup, click on "factory settings" and once pressed, everything returns to the original settings.
