The procedure for adjusting the clock on the Yamaha MT-07 can be done by turning on the instrument panel, turning the key in the ignition switch: once the instrument panel is turned on, you can press and hold the TRIP button until the hours shown on the display start flashing. With single touches upwards, you can increase the number of hours by one; pressing it again upwards will allow you to change the minutes in the same way and then you can complete the operation by pulling the button downwards to turn off the instrument panel.
