To set the clock on the Yamaha MT-07, turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition switch: once the panel is on, press and hold the TRIP button until the hours begin to flash. With single presses upwards, you can increase the hour by one; holding it again upwards will allow you to change the minutes in the same way, and you can complete the operation by pulling the button down and turning off the panel.
