To change or reset the time on the Yamaha XMAX 300, follow these steps: turn on the vehicle. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position to access the instrument panel. Find the "MODE" button: on the left side of the handlebar, locate the "MODE" button. This button allows you to navigate between the different functions of the display. Access the time setting mode: press the "MODE" button until the time is displayed on the screen. Once the time is visible, hold down the "SELECT" button (usually the bottom button) until the hours or minutes start flashing on the display. Change the time: use the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons (depending on the model, they may be located to the right of the display) to increase or decrease the time. After adjusting the hours, press the "SELECT" button to move to the minutes, then use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to modify them. Confirm the change: once the time is correct, press the "SELECT" button to confirm. This will save the time and you will exit the setting mode. If you want to reset the time (for example after a dead battery), you can follow the same procedure to bring it back to the correct display.
