In this tutorial we can see how to replace the motor oil in the Yamaha MT-07, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is cold enough, then place a container under the motorcycle, locate the drain hole bolt and unscrew it using a 17mm socket wrench. Let all the oil in the system drain out, unscrew the old filter using pliers and tighten both the replacement filter and the bolt. At this point, all that's left to do is pour the necessary amount of oil through the designated upper hole.

How to Replace the Clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple?

To replace the clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple, loosen the bolts securing the covers of the three casings located on the right side of the bike, namely the starter motor, the engine, and then the clutch. Once these covers are removed, you can access the bolts securing the clutch, unscrew them, and slide the clutch plates out of their housing. This will allow you to insert the new plates into their place, securing everything with the appropriate bolts; finally, reinstall all the casings.
