In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the engine oil in the Yamaha YZF-R7, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, let's make sure that the engine is cool enough to operate safely. Then, we will remove both side fairings and the lower fairing. Next, we will position a container underneath the bike, locate the drain bolt, and unscrew it using a 17mm socket wrench, allowing all the oil contained in the system to drain out. At this point, we just need to unscrew the old filter, tighten the replacement, reassemble everything, and add the necessary amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
