Replacing the front brake pads on the Yamaha FZ 09

Let's see in this video how to remove and replace the front brake pads on the Yamaha FZ 09 (FZ9), following these simple steps. First of all, let's unscrew the two fixing screws of the front brake caliper, in order to disconnect it from the disc; after that we remove the block of the metal pads and we then extract the old pads, as shown in the video. At this point we clean up the residual dirt inside the caliper and insert the new brake pads, of excellent quality; we just have to reassemble the caliper and carry out the same operation for the other.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
