Model: Yamaha Tmax 530
To replace the belt on a Yamaha Tmax 530, loosen all the screws securing the side panels on the right side of the bike. Once all these screws are loosened, remove the panels to access the components underneath. Next, loosen the bolts securing the clutch and variator in their housing. Once these parts are removed, you can slide out the old belt and replace it with a new one. After the replacement, refit all the components that were removed earlier.
