How do you replace the Yamaha XVS 650 muffler?

In order to replace the muffler of the Yamaha XVS 650 it is necessary to loosen the screws that fix the exhaust to its housing on the right side of the bike: once these have been loosened, it will be possible to remove the muffler by disconnecting the fixing ring which joins the exhaust terminal to the remaining part of the duct. At this point it will be possible to insert a new muffler, connecting it to the exhaust duct with the corresponding ring; finally it will be necessary to fix it to its housing with the appropriate bolts relating to the supports.

How do you reset the V-Belt warning light on the Yamaha Xmax 250?

On the Yamaha Xmax 250, in order to reset the V-Belt warning light, you need to insert the key into its lock and turn it until the instrument panel lights up. To reset the warning light, you will need to pull the lever located at the base of the right handlebar grip towards the inside. While holding the lever, the light will start flashing until the remaining kilometers until the next replacement are reset. Once the kilometers have been increased, you can release the lever and complete the procedure by turning off the instrument panel.
