To replace the clutch on the Yamaha XJ650, loosen the bolts securing the cover located on the right side of the bike, near the kickstart lever: once this cover is loosened, you will be able to access the underlying clutch. This must be removed from its housing by unscrewing the fixing screws: this will allow you to insert the new clutch into its place, securing it with the appropriate bolts. After installation, refit the cover using its screws.
