To replace the clutch in a Yamaha V Star 650, loosen the screws securing the cover on the right side of the bike, at the lower front. Once the cover is removed, you will locate the clutch underneath, which must be removed from its housing by loosening the screws that secure its discs. This way, the entire clutch can be taken out from its housing, allowing you to insert the new replacement part. After the replacement, close everything up and check that it all functions correctly.
