To set the clock on a Yamaha Xmax 250, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the instrument cluster. Once it is on, press and hold the button located on the right side of the handlebars, at the base of the corresponding dial. You will notice that the hours will start to flash and can be adjusted by repeatedly pressing the same button; to confirm the hour change, keep the button pressed. The minutes will then start to flash, which can also be adjusted in the same manner.
