To reset the Oil Service light on a Yamaha Xmax 250, turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition: once the panel is on, navigate the menu by repeatedly pressing the TRIP button located on the right side of the handlebar. Stop when the remaining kilometres until the next oil change appear: press and hold the TRIP button again until the interval is reset. Finally, turn off the instrument panel by turning the key.
