In order to replace the exhaust pipe of the Yamaha XV1100, you need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust pipe to its housing, so that the exhaust terminal can be freed from the corresponding supports. Once the old exhaust pipe has been removed, you can proceed to widen the fixing ring that connects the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold; when the old exhaust pipe has been freed, you can remove it from its housing, and then insert the new replacement piece. After installation, you will need to verify that everything is functioning correctly.
