In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Yamaha SR 400, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to cool down enough, then we position a container under the bike, locate the drain hole bolt at the front and unscrew it using a 12mm socket wrench. We continue by unscrewing the bolt at the lower hole with a 17mm wrench, opening the filter cap with a 5mm hex key and inserting the replacement. At this point, all that remains is to reassemble everything and pour the new oil through the appropriate hole.
