In the Fiat 500X, as well as in the rest of the vehicles of the same manufacturer, the engine failure light accompanied by the deactivation of the Start & Stop system indicates that there is a malfunction in the battery, which is no longer able to supply the energy necessary to guarantee continuous starting of the engine. In this case it is therefore necessary to go to the workshop, check the battery and, if necessary, replace it.
