On many Peugeot models in which the anti-pollution system uses urea, the solenoid valve present on the urea tank frequently fails: this valve jams and cannot be repaired due to the ammonia crystals that form especially when the tank remains in reserve for too long; the first advice is to refill the tank immediately at the first signal.
