Answer

The Land Rover Freelander 2.2 td4 engine was quite reliable in both versions (140/190 hp). The few reports concern the first models, up to 2008, where there were cases of premature wear of the camshaft. Other reports on the other hand related to the breakage of the dampers in the intake manifold, in the engines produced up to 2011, a problem subsequently solved.
