How to replace the handbrake cable in the Volkswagen Golf 6?

Answer

To replace the handbrake cable you need a bridge or other system to lift the car. First we need to remove the rear plastics of the central tunnel so that we can unscrew the adjusting screws of the handbrake and remove the cable from it. Then, slide the cable with all the sheath from under the car and reassemble the new one following the reverse procedure.
