Answer

If the tailgate of your car doesn't open, and you are in an emergency having to open it anyway, you should know that modern cars all have an opening method from inside the tailgate. You will have to move the upholstery on the right side of the lock a little from the inside, but you will find a small button which, when moved, will allow you to unlock the tailgate. Then maybe you can do something to fix it permanently, maybe it's just a little dirt that has blocked the lock, or the remote control battery has run out (and in this case you can certainly find one of our tutorials that will show you how to change it in a few simple steps).
