In order to replace the rear door lock of the Toyota RAV 4, you need to first open the door by removing the interior coverings and unclipping them. This will allow access to the inside of the door where the lock is located. The lock can be removed by loosening the screws that secure it to the side and disconnecting the connectors inside. Once the old lock is removed, you can insert the new one, ensuring that everything functions properly.
