In the Toyota RAV4, it can happen that the boot lid gets stuck, for example, due to a fault with the control button or the lock actuator. In these cases, it is still possible to perform an emergency opening by following this simple tutorial.

First, open the rear doors, then lower the backrest of the seat by operating the release lever. Next, go into the boot area, locate the small panel in the central lower area, and remove it. At this point, you can manually unlock the lock and open the boot lid.
