Answer

The radiator bulb is a particular sensor whose function is to measure the temperature of the coolant, which, by absorbing the heat deriving from the operation of the engine, in turn tends to overheat. When the temperature exceeds a certain threshold, the aforementioned sensor will send a signal to the control unit which will turn on the corresponding warning light located on the vehicle's instrument panel. In the Fiat 600 the bulb is located in the front bonnet near the radiator, which in turn is located under a bulkhead and on the left side of the battery.
