The battery of the BMW 4 Series, unlike many other cars, is located in the trunk. More precisely on the right side behind its door to be removed to replace it. A 10 hex wrench is enough to disassemble the clamps. Then with the same key the bracket that holds the battery in place is disassembled and that's it. To fit the new battery just do the reverse steps
