The problem of the brakes on the Honda Amaze is a fairly widespread defect and also known in the parent company: in fact, the withdrawal of about 30,000 Honda Amaze units that showed anomalous behavior of the braking system was ordered. The recall was ordered because an error occurred during the sizing of the proportioning valve: this is mounted only on versions not equipped with ABS. Its incorrect malfunction prevents correct adjustment of the braking force, thus compromising the functioning of the brakes.
