How to Remove the Taillights on the Acura TLX?

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the taillights on the Acura TLX, a very simple and quick operation to perform if you need to replace a bulb or the entire unit. First, ensure the key is not in the ignition, then open the trunk. Remove the two caps located on the inner edge of the light, and with an 8mm wrench, unscrew the two bolts inside. Once done, grasp the light assembly, pull it outward, and separate it from the body. Finally, disconnect the power connector and proceed with replacing the faulty component.
