How to Replace the Door Panel Trim on the Acura TLX

If you plan to customize your vehicle's interior by replacing the door trim with a carbon fiber effect model, follow the instructions in the video and refer to the explanation below. First, access the cabin and start by removing the door panel. Behind the door handle, there is a small slot to insert a plastic lever to detach the trim panel. Under this panel, there are two screws to remove. Then, under the door's closing handle, there is another screw that also needs to be removed. At this point, use a plastic lever to detach all the retaining clips around the perimeter of the door panel and pull it towards you. Once detached, to completely remove the panel, disconnect the electrical connectors behind it. Finally, unscrew the support screws of the trim you want to replace, and install and reattach the new carbon fiber effect panel.
