To replace the backlighting bulbs for the climate control (T5 1.2 Watt, 12 volt bulbs), you can choose either traditional incandescent bulbs or LED types; in any case, to replace them, you will need to remove the glove compartment from the passenger side, first taking out the small container inside, then removing the entire glove compartment and the cover located just below the climate control. At this point, you will be able to access the bulbs by disconnecting the bulb holders and proceeding with the replacement.
