On the Aprilia RS 457, to replace the exhaust pipe, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust terminal to the corresponding housing: these screws will be located at the supports on the lower right side of the rear fender. Once these screws have been unscrewed, you can proceed by loosening the connecting clamp located between the exhaust pipe and the collector: at this point, it will be possible to completely remove the old terminal in order to insert the new one. Once the installation is complete, you will need to verify that everything is functioning properly.
