Today we will discover the steps necessary to disassemble and replace the brake and clutch levers of the Aprilia Tuono 660 motorcycle. First, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the bolt of the front brake lever, using a socket wrench and a star wrench; once removed, we will install the new lever, adjusting the lever travel as shown in the video. Then, we loosen the clutch lever adjuster, unscrewing the screw to remove and replace it; we connect the cable and adjust the clutch engagement from the adjuster!
