In this guide we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble the flywheel and stator of the Aprilia SR 50 scooter, in simple steps. First, we put the scooter on the stand and start by removing the side cover, unscrewing the fixing screws; then we unscrew the central nut of the flywheel, using a puller to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we disconnect the wiring of the stator, unscrewing the screws to remove it as well; we repair or replace it with a new one, then reassemble the flywheel and side cover!

How to Dismantle the Engine of the KTM EXC 300
