You can replace the rear brake pads on an Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 by loosening the bolts that secure the brake caliper to the top of the corresponding disc. You will then need to detach the caliper from the disc to remove the pin that holds the pads in place. Once the old pads are freed, you can position the new ones in the caliper and secure them with the pin. Then, reposition the caliper on the disc to secure it and check that everything is functioning correctly.
