In this guide, we will see how to disassemble and replace the plastic fairing of the handlebars and the windshield of the Aprilia Scarabeo 500 scooter. First, we put our scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the central cover, in order to remove it. Then, we also remove the small windshield by unscrewing the additional screws, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the screws of the handlebar fairing or instrument panel, gently detaching it to remove it. We replace and install everything by applying the reverse procedure!
