To change the oil of an Aprilia SR 150, start by warming up the engine for a few minutes to make the oil more fluid, then turn it off. Place the scooter on the center stand to ensure stability. Locate the oil drain plug under the engine and place a collection pan underneath it. Use a wrench to loosen the drain plug and let the oil completely drain into the pan. Once all the oil has been drained, put the drain plug back in place and tighten it securely. Find the oil fill cap located on the top of the engine and remove it. Use a funnel to slowly pour the recommended amount of new oil as stated in the owner's manual. After completing the filling, put the fill cap back in place. Start the engine for a few minutes to circulate the new oil, then turn it off and check for any leaks around the drain plug and fill cap.
