You can reset the Climatronic on the Audi A6 by first turning on the ignition to enable the climate control commands on the central dashboard panel: press the recirculation button and the button to direct the fan to the windshield simultaneously. This will grant access to the diagnostic menu, where you can navigate using the + and - buttons: locate the channel that allows you to reset the Climatronic, so its settings return to the standard.
