What to Do If the Peugeot 3008 Doesn't Detect the Key

In this guide, learn what to do if the Peugeot 3008 doesn't detect the key. You can still enter the car and start it. Even if the remote doesn't open the door, the physical key inside the remote allows you to unlock the driver's door, which has a cap hiding a real lock. If you try to press the ignition button, the vehicle will indicate that it doesn't detect the key. However, on the left side of the steering column, you will find a slot shaped exactly like the remote. Placing it there will still start the engine, even if the remote battery is flat, and you will do the same to turn it off.
