Today, follow the steps necessary to remove and replace the thermostat on the Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0 TDI. First, open the bonnet and start by disconnecting and removing the intake hose; then disconnect the turbocharger hose and the coolant pipe, allowing the fluid to drain into a container. At this point, unscrew the fixing screws of the thermostat, remove it, and replace it with the new one; install the original part and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
