This guide provides the main instructions for removing and replacing the turbocharger on the Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the battery and the air filter box, unscrewing all the securing screws; then disconnect the turbocharger hose, followed by detaching the exhaust pipe from it (accessing from underneath the vehicle will be necessary), as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the turbo bolts to remove it, replacing it with the new original unit, following the video tutorial to the end!
